I made this booking on behalf of someone else and confirmed the delivery time and phone number with them via WhatsApp afterward. They verified the phone number with me at least three times, yet SF express still ended up calling the original number that I had asked them to change. The delivery was made four days earlier than the promised date due to public holiday. While I understand that the exact delivery time may not always be certain, delivering on the wrong date is not acceptable.

I bought the mini fridge from them. it was badly damaged when I unpacked the package. well, they replaced a new one in another week. yet, the mini fridge always keeps at the temperature of 20 degree Celsius. they asked me to bring it to kwun tong to check for maintaining purpose. I am wondering what kind of product they are selling. it caused so much inconvenience to buy such a simple product!!!

This shop was inside an industrial building. There were different types of products placed in each area of the shop, usually hardware and not consumables. The price was not high. They could be found in the Internet and that was also the reason why I went there. The staff were nice and polite. Electronic payment was accepted. Warranty was provided by the manufacturers.
