Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Worst experience ever. I had an urgent situation, was waiting for 2 hours, and was not allowed to deposit money because of the bank issue. They didn’t care at all.

I came all the way here to closed my acc as I am not longer staying in Hong Kong anymore, unfortunately I didn't bring any documents ( old pasport and ATM card) without trying to check it and look into my details first she rejected me kind of racist as I am Indonesian in the same day I went to H****eng bank to closed my acc with the same situation they gave me excellent service and they did closed my acc.

Surprisingly this branch has the shortest lineup. Not sure if it was early or not. All counters were opened. Customers were served quickly. Staffs were polite. Service was excellent.
