God forbid you missed the business review deadline. You will be treated like a criminal. Even after attending in person with a passport and other proof and submitting documents, they want to take over 12 days to restart your account. How business unfriendly can a bank get? Exiting them as soon as possible.

Wouldn’t call it a great service. They seem clueless about lot of procedures. Told me to call some number for simple questions. Whats point of visiting branch if I have to call number to get information about card issue delay, when I am there in person.

What an appalling and inhospitable experience! I arrived early at 8:30, eagerly awaiting the bank's opening for account opening, only to be struck by a sudden and excruciating stomach ache. The urgency was so intense that I feared I might not make it to the restroom in time. Despite my pleas for assistance, some staff members were clueless while others coldly informed me that the restroom was strictly reserved for employees. While I respect their policy, it is utterly outrageous that HSBC, a major banking institution, lacks basic facilities for its customers! NO TOILET FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I had to dash to the restroom on the 4th floor of Langham Place within 5 minutes. Can you comprehend the sheer horror and discomfort I experienced? It was a truly nightmarish ordeal. In my view, the service offered by the HSBC Causeway Bay team surpasses anything the MK team has to offer. They are markedly more amiable and accommodating. I will NEVER COME BACK TO MK FOR THEIR SERVICE!

Long lines, empty counters (short staffs), standing in line for over an hour, no seating area, no washroom, an elderly man felt down because he has been standing too long. DON’T come to this branch, wondering why the branch manager hasn’t put any effort to improve customer services.
