Since their cash deposit machines are generally too sensitive to accept cash, also their cheque machines are always out of order. I pressed a ticket to queue up for the 南商理財 counter, I do accept the elderly customers took their time to settle their stuff one by one but not another 南商理財 lady insisted cutting my queue when a staff was asking her if he could be of help. It spent me 30 minutes waiting for 2 number because of the queue cut. The teller was trying to explained to me that the lady is a 理財 client so she could cut my 理財 number when the teller was trying to accuse me that I’m only a company client who’s not eligible to take this line. I’m glad that she has pulled back her “chasing me off” gesture after she found that I’m also the 理財 client. So what’s the point of having the ticket system if people could jump into anywhere they want. Branch manager or IT guys please reflect the sensitivity problems which gave me a very bad experience; branch manage please make sure your guys are following the right SOP. People are waiting out there still so be fair & square please
