I could rate the experience 0/5 if I could… easily my WORST EVER shopping experience in Hong Kong. Tried on a pair of shoes and bought them only to find the final pair given us after purchase to have VASTLY different left and right shoes. Came back to the store to exchange and they offered NO APOLOGY at all, saying they couldn’t spot “minor differences” at checkout … what a joke. AVOID THIS !!!!!!

Visited the store after surfing through their official website and inquired about a shoe from the salesman, to which he said no no big buckle only. The attitude of the sales persons in the shop heavily damages their revenue. The employees behaviour was not what we expected!

Absolute joke of a store, they call this flagship and have hardly any models, hardly any stock. The staff are nice but the shop never learns, read your reviews. It’s a waste of time. Stores like Catalog have more stock.

There's a clear difference in the colors!! I think the employee is colorblind or something how could anyone make such a ridiculous mistake :/ I bought it today on my last day here and what a farewell gift :/

I did not share the same bad experience as some of the reviewers did. Maybe I was lucky, or it was because I can speak Cantonese. Ms Wong See Wai (Ruby), the salesperson, was most attentive, helpful and friendly. She helped me with the colour and size. Most satisfied with their service.
