Jordan is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Paying is easy in Hong Kong: Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets such as PayMe, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK are widely used, although some small shops, market stalls and hawkers still take cash only.

Didn’t even get to the store. Customer service over “instant” messaging was not so instant, and borderline rude in response to my questions. No wonder they achieve low star rating

I went here last week as the valve in my rear tire was leaking. The Guy at the counter was extremely helpful. He worked out the problem, changed the tube for me, taped the valve exit to stop the chaffing and lubricated chain and suspension, all the while talking me through what and why, which was great for me as I am no expert. Yes, the bikes and gear on show was not cheap, but his service ethic was great. Yes he charged me for the tire change, but no big deal, and it was standard rate in their system. People need to earn, and it's a good roadside ship location. Happy customer.

$20 to put air in your tires?? This must be the first shop in the world to charge for air. Lmao In no way, shape or form, does this shop represent the Specialized brand!! Also, the manager is the rudest individual I’ve met in a long time. My suggestion, run as fast as you can in another direction.

Very crappy attitude from the staff. both of the staff that were there were just looking down on their phones the whole time as I entered the store. highly recommended that you shop somewhere else and avoid this place.

The mechanic Ah Jun is very helpful. But he is not at this shop all times. He is in Yau Ma Tei sometimes.
