Jordan is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Paying is easy in Hong Kong: Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets such as PayMe, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK are widely used, although some small shops, market stalls and hawkers still take cash only.

Utter trash, beware. Bad quality product, 0 knowledge, dishonest. Quality issues with Specialized is common knowledge and the Big S has ended warranty contact options, requiring customers to get support for local flagships. My top end S Works shoes had begun to delaminate on my shelf so I called the shop for service options. I described the issue ad the staff told me to bring them in. When I made it to the shop (where the shop was trying to convince a customer to buy a too small bike that was their only stock) I was told that there was nothing that they could do because the shoes were no longer under warranty. I reminded them that I had given all the facts and offered pictures when I called. They said they didn't have the power to help. No accountability and time wasters. If you shop here you get what you deserve.

Specialized it is time for you to pick a new Hong Kong dealer. The service and knowledge were so bad that I'd prefer to order from overseas' Specialized online store. Shipping them back from Japan / Taiwan etc. is expensive and time consuming but I'd rather take the hassle than to deal with these unprofessional guys. Shame on Specialized Hong Kong.

I'm an expat genuinely looking to buy a high end road bike. Spent 10 minutes in the shop, asked the manager a question and got a short answer. No one asked if I was looking for something or needed help. When I approached him again to ask why no one came to assist me he replied that he was busy putting new merchandise on display. Rubbish. They're not promoting the brand, nor their business, from my experience. There are good bike shops in this city, you'll know one when you walk in.

It’s a bike shop, a nice one but not worth your stop if you’re a tourist. I don’t see how it’s a concept store other than it sells some high end bikes. I was hoping for more of a bike gallery and their latest tech. It should just be called the Specialized store

Good selection of accessories. Poor bike sales department who does not really know its bikes and does not really care about your needs. I am over 6ft tall and they had no problem trying to sell me a medium size frame. This shop is owned by Bull Bike which has some pretty bad reviews for its service so beware. OK if you want a Specialized and know exactly what to get.
