🚨 **ALERT FOR GUESTS: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, SCAM** 🚨 I booked 2 nights at this hotel from August 8th to 10th, advising them in advance that I would arrive on August 9th after 9:00 AM. After notifying them and subsequently calling, I was told that if I didn't show up on the 8th, it would be considered a *no-show*. This rule **is not written anywhere in the property's policy description**. I find it absurd to pay for 2 nights and not have guaranteed access. To resolve this, I requested a date change through Trip.com for just the night of the 9th, but the hotel **refused to accept it**, causing me to lose all my money. **Now we are stranded in Hong Kong with no hotel to stay at.** Exhausted after our travel, we had to deal with a property manager who was very rude and completely unhelpful in finding solutions. They took the money for 2 nights — a full **$80** — without accommodating us in the slightest. I hope @trip.com can help me get a refund.

I want to share my experience in this hotel when my sister and I wonderfully stayed and it was an unforgettable experience. We are very thankful that the hotel staff is very warm, comfy, accomodating, friendly, kind and very supportive in all of our requests. The location is perfect for nearby tourist spot. Convenient, tidy, spotless and clean room. Highly recommend since it is also cheaper than the other hotels. We also feel that we are safe since the building is full of other foreign strangers. We had an amazing time there! We'll treasure the memories.
