Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

Located in Central Market. Ordered 5 red salad, roasted suckling pig and grilled Australian lamb chops. Delicious food, friendly staff, nice environment.

We chose the place / deli and restaurant - on a Sunday lunchtime as we had not booked anywhere and all the surroundings were packed with people - this place was empty The pastrami sandwich is delicious and quite huge - very tasty and definitely worth the price However the linguini pasta was terrible - in a puddle of fat and oil and some bacon all white and cheap In terms of atmosphere there was only the 2 of us and couldn’t get a refill of water At 70$ plus the mocktails are definitely not cheap average but empty in Sunday as overpriced for the area

Everything here is AMAZING! Foods are so delicious and full of incredible flavors - every bite hits different! Service is top-notch too, staff are super approachable and make you feel right at home but still maintain professionalism. Plus the vibe is perfect - works for date nights, family meals or even for casual hanging with friends

Chefs Cut in Central is an absolute gem for steak lovers! My partner and I recently dined here for a special evening, and we were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our visit. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and accommodated our seating preferences seamlessly. The atmosphere was lively, with upbeat music and humorous conversations with the staff that added to the overall experience. The spacious layout, featuring high tables and bar counter seating, created a vibrant yet comfortable setting for our dinner. Now, let’s talk about the food! We indulged in the 300gram Angus steak, which was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Paired with mussels in a creamy sauce, it made for a delightful combination that we couldn’t get enough of. Each dish showcased the quality and craftsmanship that Chefs Cut prides itself on. Considering the quality of the dishes, the value was exceptional. We left feeling satisfied and eager to return, knowing we’d received a fantastic dining experience for our investment. If you’re in Central and craving a quality steakhouse experience, I highly recommend Chefs Cut. We can’t wait t
