The place was clean and cute. Note that you have to pay before you get your order and they take visa. I had the coconut sago with grass jelly and it is the best I had so far. The bowl had lots of sago and grass jelly.

The dessert esp the sesame soup and rice balls are fantastic. The address needs to be updated. It's diagonally opposite 莲香楼 (Lih Heung Lau and GU) along Kimberley Road. Paid upon confirming order via wechat, credit, Google pay, etc.
