From two best friends with roots in South America comes Hong Kong’s first-ever contemporary churrería. Each churro handcrafted and different (but equally as delicious) than the next, we serve them freshly made and cinnamon-dusted with a crisp, doughy, and piping hot finish.
This beloved, sweet treat pays homage to our founders’ favorite childhood snack, where each bite will transport you to the streets of South America. Here, you can guarantee our churros are just as authentic as the ones they had growing up.

Tried the basic churros. Churros were freshly prepared. Absolutely faultless, delectable and just the right amount of sugar. Don't know if the toppings are good but happy to try again.

Really suprised a churro shop has michelin postings on the wall. They only speak English here. I just got the original to see what the hype is about. It's a good churro but I wouldn't say it's much different that other churros. At $35 hkd for a churro, it is super expensive considering I can get a gourmet croissant for the same price.

Perfect for your sweet tooth! I tried the campfire churros (burnt marshmallow & chocolate) and the balance between the crisp of churros, chewiness of marshmallow, and melting chocolate was a great combo! Also tried the matcha one with colourful crisps but I don't think it was the best combo. The place is not the best for groups of people, but a group of 2 is okay.

Got an Ube-glazed churro for HKD 40. The churro itself was quite good; nice sweetness level, chew, and moist interior. However, the ube glaze completely ruined it. It was ice cold and tart, which did not go well with the warm sweet churro at all. A pricy letdown for a Michelin recommended place.

While I was walking around TST, I found this store, and my friend said the churros were delicious. I ordered a pistachio churro, and my friend ordered the chocolate one. The freshly made churros were perfectly crispy. I would highly recommend trying them if you visit TST.
