sales staff not very well trained - especially the ones at the fitting room. a tall guy just weirdly pointed at someone else when I was handing over a clothing item back after trying - might i add that i was very politely doing it. he could’ve actually said some words rather than this strange gesture and walking away. ruined my shopping experience.

Really nice visit to COS💖The staff were so polite and genuinely helpful, they spotted me eyeing something and came over right away, no pressure at all. The shop’s calm and lovely to wander round in, left me feeling proper happy. Will definitely come back again.

Truly enjoy today’s shopping experience. All staff is so nice and well trained, especially appreciate how helpful, friendly and thoughtful Heidi is. Their clothes are always simple but fashionable and with details - fit and cutting is perfect✨ Must return again soon!

I have shopped at cos in my home country but HK has a much wider selection. It’s a beautifully laid out store, and Heidi was an amazing help - she pulled things out she thought I’d like based on what I was trying on and it was a lot of fun trying on all those pieces.
