If every corner got the same food products it will be very great, central one you can get a lot healthy food, different tasty, wines, veg, frozen or non frozen food.

LIFE SAVER!!! Forgot my belt in London, while on a business trip. Got to this BIG M&S 15 mins before it closed... for the belt, sandwich and juice... and it was all perfectly familiar 🙂👍

Just wish to thank the young lady (didn't manage to catch her name) at the Central branch who was extremely kind and helpful with my recent purchase. I was looking for a pair of pajama bottoms but the store ran out of my size. When all the other staffs didn't bother to help she stepped in and followed through, really grateful for her patience and help.

Compared to other M&S stores, this one simply isn't as nice. It feels very stuffed with merchandise with very little room to move around, and the food area downstairs isn't nearly as impressive as other stores in the company I've visited. Fortunately, they did carry an assortment of the new men's bath and body wash products I was looking for, so that was a huge plus.

The department store was renovated and the food section was moved to the 1st floor. The quality remained as good as before. The fashion was everlasting and could be worn for a long time. Price was moderate. Return policy was flexible. The overall shopping experience was great.
