Today I encountered the most bizarre experience which was handled by the most incompetent staff ever. I asked for this model and she incorrectly gave me another model. During the shopping experience she didn't want to answer questions regarding to the options and I had to keep asking her the same questions until she answered. She clearly had an attitude with customer support. Later on I gave her the sheet on the model with qr code and everything, a min later she told me she lost it!!! Everyone could not find the qr code. I wondered how and why she lost it. Eventually I chose the good but without qr code I could not finish payment which is truly troublesome, bizarre and frustrating! She also closed the till upon my payment. Hence my card payment was voided as a result. In the end manager helped me to resolve the issue by transferring money to him via alipay and I could then bring the good with me as a matter of urgency. Manager is really professional, helpful, kind, smart and responsible. He was the only helpful one who stepped up to solve the issue whilst the rest were entirely clueless! Today at Monday 13/7/2026 4:30pm, The Lady who was at the digital payment section that “supposed to help/assist costumers “ was horrible! She’s the worst of the worst!!!! Not helpful at all and has a terrible attitude!!!

Extremely repulsed with the customer service of the staff in the changing room area. I had quite a lot of pieces and I was struggling to carry them after coming out of the changing room. I wanted to return some pieces and was struggling to separate them. Instead of the staff helping me she simply stared at me and kept hanging up the clothes and even just pointed to the pile of clothes for me to put there. As if I was even able to do that. I would like to give a shoutout to the amazing lady who helped me at the checkout area. That’s what you call customer service.

KERWIN the sales assistant in the Men’s section was absolutely helpful. We came to the store to buy suit for our son and he helped us to choose a better fit for him. Delighted to have met him. Thank you KERWIN😊😊😊

Return policy is too short it says 15 days but it actually means 14 days not happy!! I then followed up with the chatroom online and again refused a refund even though this is april 1 and i purchased on 17 march. I believe the wording on the policy is incorrect it says 15 days FROM purchase date and does not specify that it includes the purchase date. I believe zara hk are breaching their own policy wording and this is a misleading trade practice. Given that the wording is misleading i believe the staff should have given a refund based on goodwill - even if i was one day out it would be nice gesture to customers to forgive one day. 30 days is also the norm for returns and i was not aware of the policy change which i believe is too short.
