I ordered the beef ball rice noodles (ho fun), beef offal noodles, and French toast with peanut butter in the middle. The French toast was freshly made after ordering and was really delicious. Topped with maple syrup and a piece of butter that slowly melted on top, it paired perfectly and made the dish very satisfying. The noodles were decent, but not particularly outstanding compared to the French toast.

This is HK version of 'hawker center' in Tsim Sha Tsui. You wont notice it as its inside the market..its like a hidden gem of the area. Food: I ordered their house specialty 'beef tendon & brisket rice flat noodle'..I must say its one of the best I have ever tried in HK. Broth, tendon and brisket all blends well. It was perfectly seasoned and very savory dish. Its a must to try when you visit this place. I also tried their 'HK style french toast'. I will be honest but its my first time to try this since moving to HK 5 mos ago, it was the best HK style french toast I had. Service: was fast and staff were friendly Atmosphere: was great, you feel the warmth of the place even at 12c that evening. Its very local and you will feel everyone is happy eating their food.

This is one of the many food outlets within the Haiphong Road Temporary Market and they are famous for their beef balls. We ordered that and can confirm that they are delicious and have a good texture. The broth for the noodles also had good flavours. We also tried their mixed offals and beef briskets, both of which were delicious. I also tried this interesting drink called the red bean milk tea. Unfortunately, the combination did not work well for me as the somewhat dense red bean paste just sat at the bottom under the layer of ice blocks and just refused to mix properly. The skinny straw was also an inappropriate choice for this kind of drink. Note: The seating can be confusing as you may accidentally sit at a table designated to another store, so have a look at the menu on the table before sitting down.

The under the bridge temporary market and food stall, still there after decades. Has been fixed up, is much cleaner, no more obvious mice and roaches. This stall is known for it's beef ball noodles. Is tasty but nothing special, and price is okay for TST tourist central.

it is one of the stalls in this cooked food hawker bazaar. It was renovated last year and the environment is better (cleaness and tidiness) than before. Since it is a public market, it is NOT air-conditioned and be prepared for the heat in summer. Picked beef ball rice noodle (5 pieces) and milk tea. The beef ball were Not bad but definitely not wow. The rice noodle and milk tea were quite common. It comes with a hkd50 price tag. Revisit? Better save it for others.
