Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

Saw the stellar reviews and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe I wasn’t served the best cut, but beef brisket was quite tough and the rice noodles were overcooked. The broth had good flavor and their chili oil was just right.

Picked this place due to ChatGPT told me that’s where is worthy to try. Order崩沙麵, broth was stunning! A little disappointed w their chili oil as 唔辣。又唔香。but still a good place to go for beef brisket!

Assorted Beef Flat Rice Noodle in Soup (HKD 68) was a hearty bowl packed with variety — tender tripe with pleasant chew, succulent brisket with good marbling, and melt‑in‑the‑mouth tendon. The flat rice noodles were smooth and slurpy, soaking up the rich, slow‑cooked beef broth that was satisfying yet not overly heavy. Fresh spring onions added brightness. The chilli oil on the side was potent — smoky, fiery, and crunchy with chilli flakes. Just a teaspoon transformed the soup, making it sweat‑inducing yet addictive.

Not the GOAT brisket noodle of my dreams, but when you step off the plane in HK and your soul is 87% hanger + 13% regret, this bowl shows up like “I got you, fam.” B8 Supreme brisket: soft enough to cut with chopstick side-eye, fatty in that “I’m not sorry” way, thin noodles doing their slippery noodle dance. Broth? Solid mid-tier comfort—hits the spot harder than my last breakup text. It’s not gonna win any “Best Noodle in the Universe” awards, but it absolutely won the “Shut Up My Stomach” championship that day. Sometimes that’s all a man needs. 7.8/10 – would queue behind tourists for it again. 🥩🍜😏

Delicious noodle focused eatery with lots of options for toppings. The beef brisket and fish balls were exceptional. Highly recommended.
