This is the station right outside Shangri-la Hotel. Very convenient and just meters away if you’re exiting from P1 or P2. Like other stations it was teeming with commuters. Clean place with signs in English as well as helpful system maps, station layouts, and directional signs. Traveling from this station to Disneyland takes 30-45 minutes involving multiple transfers. For a group of ten, we had an unfortunate technical mishap inside the lift one time. We got stuck and couldn’t get out. The glass door would not budge. We hit the emergency button and luckily someone on the other end answered. The guy was calmly asking us questions over the intercom. (Maybe because he couldn’t see all of us on camera). The airflow of the ventilation fans was turned up. A rescue team of hard hats was immediately deployed to our location. One even had an emergency hammer in his hand (but was never used). I think it took 20 minutes for the hard hats to figure out the problem. Unfortunate events happen. Lifts need constant maintenance. I just want to commend the team for their quick response.
