Great hotel. Clean and quite spacious than other hotels i booked before in HK. Housekeeping is great. Staff are polite and helpful from check in to check out. Water heater is good too which i find important especially if you are heading here during the winter. If you are a member of 24/7 fitness like i am, theres one right infront of this hotel which is awesome for me. Place is nearby mtr tin hau and also 5mins walk to a bus stop to airport which is great too.

Excellent location. Professional staff. Nice entrance and free of obstruction. Clean lobby and elevator. Beautiful room. Roomy, large closet, nice linens, firm mattress, two nightstands, great TV with Excellent sound quality.

Fantastic location, we could walk to many places, and being surrounded by lots of F&B restaurants. Room is great, there is nothing to pick on. They are clean and well equipped. Front desk are efficient. Mark down for slow lifts. I see the housekeeping/lobby staffs are using the guests' lifts for their work too. Coming from hotel industry, there should be a separate service lift for staffs use when building the hotel. The waiting for the lifts can be 3mins to 5mins, and more frustrating to see each lift is full and we cant even get in on 8th floor. . There are 3 small lifts for 30floors, it is obviously not enough. For 3days stay, we had several incidents waited for the 2nd or 3th lift before we could enter.

The location is convenient, about a 4-minute walk to the MTR station, and the area is not busy. However, the room was not as clean as I expected and felt very old. The elevator waiting time was extremely long, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue for me was the noise. The room is not soundproof at all — noise from outside was very loud, including construction sounds and traffic noise, making it hard to rest. The staff service was very average. I did not expect much, but I was disappointed when I asked for help regarding my brother who forgot his bag on a bus. The front desk staff did not try to assist with contacting the bus terminal or suggesting to report it to the police. Overall, I would recommend reconsidering this hotel unless noise and service are not concerns for you.

We stayed with our 11month old boy and the cot provided was perfect (chicco) a/c was if anything too good! We were greeted with a bottle of red wine and a nice panda bear. Location 5mins walk from tin hau mtr which was great and staff were super friendly at all times. Afternoon tea when we were around for it was not bad and there was even a room on the 30th floor you can chill (epic views) and free drinks and small snacks. Overall very happy compared to other hotels we have stayed in Hong Kong before in the same price range. Oh and the WiFi was super zippy. No complaints.
