Go upstairs to get a step above treatment. Very pleased with outstanding professional service. Went to a place nearby and they refused to trim /shape my beard. This place was eager to help and did a great job. Thank you.

I’m picky about my hair so of course was nervous to walk into a random shop in HK, but Vicky absolutely nailed my haircut and I walked out of the shop beaming. Tbh I wasn’t sure if she’s even done a burst fade before or if there was a language barrier when I asked for the cut, but I showed her a picture and she got it perfect. It’s up a flight of stairs and immediately to your left. She accepts walk-ins between appointments. Super fast response time on WhatsApp. Way cheaper than other places I was looking at. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

The place feels just like home—you can grab a free coffee, chill for half an hour, and get your hair cut all at the same time. The barber is really professional and gets exactly what I'm looking for.

Really nice experience having nice quality haircut with Vicky in Eternal Barbershop, nice talking to her and free drink for customers, just she would not be free on Monday as they are social enterprise to serve the community especially the SEN, elderlies, disabled. I care about the purpose of businesses, so it's great to regularly come to Vicky and support her social enterprise. They have their own brand of pomade and clay, tried for some time, they are water-based, solid and easy to wash.
