Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Opening hours: daily, 11:00–23:00. It is open seven days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 2116 3867; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. More information is on its website, eternity.net.hk.
At 3.6 out of 5 on Google (179 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

They like to squeeze people onto small tables. Service skills and attitude suck.

Extremely average dim sum lunch place, which gets an extra star due to the excellent location on the 17th Floor with massive windows.

I recently dined at Eternity Restaurant, and while the food was decent, my experience was marred by a significant billing issue. Upon receiving my bill, I noticed that I was being charged for items I did not order. It appeared that the host had created a duplicate table, and I was being billed for another table’s expenses. I brought this to the host’s attention and requested a correction. Unfortunately, my concerns were ignored not once, but three times. After over 30 minutes of waiting, the host finally threw the correct bill at me and just walked away without any apology or explanation. This lack of responsiveness and accountability was extremely frustrating and left a sour taste in what could have been an enjoyable evening. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their billing process and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend Eternity Restaurant.

Inside The One, great location. Wedding is its target customers, so the deco is rather grand as compared to a standard Chinese restaurant. Dim sum was good, not much creativity that some restaurants we had been ventured out to. Not an issue of course. Service was ok, could be more attentive. Yes, we did have a bit of higher expectation for food outlets in TST.

Service is good , not expensive , all the service staff looks confident and professional, and luckily you can see it’s absolutely enough manpower to run the operation! The restaurant is not big , open and occupied whole floor , fantastic view , it’s definitely a good place for the wedding reception and lunch too !
