Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere.

The restaurant didn’t fail us. Suckling pig is definitely a star especially with the sun-glasses 🤣 The BBq pork and fried chicken are both nice but we don’t really like the crispy pork. Steamed fish with soy sauce is delicious and well-balanced. The signature noodle with soup is also really good. Good service, polite, attentive, with helpful advice. Price is quite high, it cost approximately 800HKD per head

A wonderful family dining experience from start to finish. The standout for me was the crispy eel — unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before, truly mind-blowing. We got a little carried away ordering, but the leftovers held up beautifully even days later. And the service? Attentive and genuinely thoughtful throughout.

✨Seventh Son (Tsim Sha Tsui)✨ For our anniversary, my partner surprised me with a reservation at this restaurant. We went in the evening—the view was beautiful, with the sea visible between high-rise buildings, surrounded by the city skyline. The service was decent. The food was average, but the prices were quite high. We ordered 3 dishes and 2 desserts, and the total came to around HKD 2,000. The staff stood nearby the entire time, constantly changing our plates. While it’s meant to be attentive service, it felt a bit uncomfortable and intrusive. That said, here are my favorite dishes (in order): • Steamed Spot Prawn with Egg Yolk & Hua Diao Wine — my top pick • Traditional Rock Salt Chicken — second favorite • Clay Pot Crab with Vermicelli — average • Mango Sago — really good, loved the mango pudding • Egg Custard Layered Cake — the most unfamiliar taste for me

Suckling pig had good flavor and skin was really crisp. Roast goose was a little bit dry but skin was nice and crisp. The chicken was 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Expensive meal so be prepared. There are other more economical options that offer the same high quality food.

Beautiful evening at Seventh Son Restaurant, a very nice place for a group gathering in Tsim Sha Tsui. There is a wide variety to choose from, offering appetizers, poultry, fresh seafood, and rice/noodle options. You can opt for their tasting menu for small group couples. We tried so many different dishes that we lost track of them all. All the food arrived quickly, and the highlight of the meal was Seventh Son's famous crispy chicken, known for its crispy and non-greasy skin, as well as tender and juicy meat. Another favorite of mine was the sizzling Stewed Oysters Pot with Scallions and Ginger, which had a burst of umami flavor without being overly salty. The baked stuffed crab had a perfect crunch, revealing a creamy interior filled with fresh crab meat. Lastly, we ended with Fried Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf! Overall, it was a good Chinese fine dining experience in the area!
