I just purchased a Huawei laptop from Fortress Yu Sung Boon Building and I truly regret I did. I came back to the shop to collect the item I just paid for because one of the staff set it up for me but when I came to collect there were just 2 staffs on the shop floor. I approached the one that was available and explained I was there to collect my item. He then asked for the receipt and tried to locate the person who dealt with the transaction and while he was trying to dial on his phone, I recognized the other staff with the customer and told him that it’s that guy but instead of letting me speak, he blasted on me saying that they’re are just the 2 of them and that he is trying to help me. Shocked by his reaction, I thought he maybe didn’t understand what I was trying to say and tried to speak again but I couldn’t even say another word because his voice was just over mine and his face filled with anger. I felt humiliated and reduced to a tiniest of existence with the way he spoke and treated me. I couldn’t understand why maybe he thought I was hassling him?! I was actually trying to help him but it was as if his mind was fixed to demean me and for whatever reason, I couldn’t unders

Extremely rude service almost every time. Somebody tell them they are in the retail service business. Asked politely about a basic phone. The so-called staff member did not even look away from his own phone and pointed to some shelf. The Melbourne Plaza shop's service is much better if must shop at this chain.
