Worst trade in experience. They removed the screen protector on my phone to check the condition, we agreed on the price and 10 minutes later they called me and said they can't accept it because the receipt of my new phone is more than 2 months ago. Why didn't you check the receipt first before checking my phone? I also submitted the same receipt online to make the appointment and it also allowed me to submit, the online form should have rejected it straight away. Waste of my time and now my phone has no screen protector

Both Mr. Li and Mandy Wong provided excellent service, helped me get the best deal, offered practical advice, and assisted me in trading in my S22U and transferring data to an S26U within an hour. Everything was done professionally. All I need to do is activate the apps and enjoy using the new phone seamlessly from day one.

Worst shopping experience, better off buying from distributors, they don't want your business. The staff here are not trained at all, Samsung is destroying their brand with this shop. Told a staff we wanted to buy a specific product, didn't even need any introduction or selling, the staff told us there is no stock with an attitude, we had to insist we wanted to order. And then it felt like we were giving him too much work. Staff there would be happier if you did not walk in. Then I had an issue with the product and went back the next day, no post-service at all, they didn't even know what to do. Could have easily trained the staff where to direct customers with information readily available if you have no support there, waited 15min for them to figure out what to do. I've purchased Samsung before from Fortress, Broadway, and many random shops from price.com.hk, thought I'd try the Samsung store this time. I regret, I cannot unsee what I've seen.

Samsung Experience Store - Central I had a fantastic experience at the Samsung Experience Store - Central! The store is located in the bustling Queen's Road Central and is easily accessible by public transportation. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and modern, with a wide variety of Samsung products on display. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with recommendations for products that would best suit my needs. I was particularly impressed with the discounts and free accessories that I received when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. The prices were also very competitive, and I was able to save a significant amount of money compared to buying the same products in Europe. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Samsung Experience Store - Central. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the products were high-quality and affordable, and the store itself was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal on Samsung products.

I would say WOW ! This Samsung Store in Central it’s awesome . I was helped by Chris Li. He’s very professional, very good attitude to help you and answer all your questions. He sold me a an awesome promotion: Galaxy A53 and got a free Galaxy tablet A9! Plus a lot goodies like screen protection, international adapter, phone case and power bank ! Also Chris Lee was great in the closing business. Very good store and GOOD JOB GUYS!
