Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

The best pizza/pasta spot in HK for sure, the food is worth every dollar. Please try their mac&cheese, it’s to die for. Also the staff are really inviting and nice, I will return for sure!

Their pasta was one of the worst that I've ever tried in town. The mac&cheese barely had any taste, basically tasteless. The pasta with tomato sauce was too sweet, not salty at all. The steak came quite cold. Among all the food we ordered, the fried onions that came with the steak was the best. We spent HKD$840 for 2 pastas, 1 steak and 1 tiramisu. I don't think it's fair at this price with the food quality that we got. I was really disappointed by its food, as it's quite famous on social media. 1 of the 2 stars came from the friendly staff we met:) In general, it's overrated and its pasta was catastrophic. Maybe its pizza is better.

Tried the penne, pizza and steak at this Italian spot. The penne has a pleasant spicy kick that fans of heat will enjoy. The pizza is thin style but arrived a little cold. The steak was not impressive but the potato wedges were a pleasant surprise which is crisp, well seasoned and topped with garlic powder. Service is friendly and attentive. Their staff check in and offer extras like more cheese or Tabasco for your pizza, which makes the meal more enjoyable despite some inconsistencies.

Nice home style, basic Italian food. Thin crust pizza very good. The octopus was very average. Service was very good. During the evening we were there 80% of thr tables had kids. Very family oriented. Surprised at how much the bill was though!! Not cheap in the area its in, definitely have many other choices for the price you pay here.

We wanted to try out Finis as it came out on various websites as a family friendly restaurant. These websites mentioned that it’s a good place to take your children to dine. Finis has two branches in Hong Kong. They have one in Soho and one in Wanchai. Before the two branches had different menus but now serve the same menu, which is the one uploaded as the menu for Finis Soho on Finis website. We went for the Daily Chef Selection, which is all you can eat (antipasti, pasta, pizza, secondo and dolce) plus water. It includes everything except for the chargeable drinks. Please note that there is a minimum number of people required for the Daily Chef Selection. But two branches have different way of doing it. Finis Soho the chef chooses what you eat. Finis Wanchai you get to choose what you want to eat. As we want to choose what we want to eat we chose Finis Wanchai. The feeling I got was that Finis Wanchai wanted to cater to customers needs more. While Finis Soho gave a feeling that you needed to cater to them. Finis Soho as its located in Soho and has a good environment with large sofa seats but doesn’t have a private room. Finis Wanchai has a private room which you can book for f
