Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. BBQ sites and grill restaurants are busiest at weekends and on holidays, so book early and note any time limit.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Sat 12:00–22:00, Sun closed. That makes 6 working days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 9235 1875. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. More information is on its website, m.facebook.com.

Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

8-course menu $898 Ordered two steaks as main course and BOTH disappointed so badly with a nearly raw “medium” steak and is still cold in the centre. (As you can see literally the coldness) At the same time, other dishes did not surprise us with this price of the menu. The mushroom soup was bitter with overcooked mushroom. The salad was also too green that even the dressing did not help. Not to mention that noise in the video, all customers dining here wished for a relaxing or satisfactory dining environment at a farm-to-table restaurant supporting local business, instead have to suffer with those noise while no staff was willing to help or stop them. Will definitely NOT visit again nor recommend. Two extra desserts were treated upon our comments on the steak but didn’t compensate for the dining experience.

Visited this Western resto in Wan Chai with colleagues for welcome lunch. . We all ordered the 4 Courses Lunch Set. Following are some of our selections for the First Course, Second Course, Main Course, Desserts and Drinks. -First Course: -Hand-diced Seafood Tartare The seafood tartare contained salmon, tuna, angel shrimp, bell peppers and avocado. The angel shrimp tasted sweet, while the avocado gave it a buttery texture. The tuna was slightly fishy though. -Second Course: -Mushroom Soup The soup had a generous amount of mushroom, and with each sip, you could taste the richness of the mushroom. It was quite creamy. -Main Course: -USDA Prime Striploin (+HKD148) The medium-rare striploin was tender with an alluring pink interior. It was nicely seasoned with sea salt, although the meat on the right side seemed a bit saltier than the meat on the left. Overall, it was savoury with a great texture. -Seafood Pasta with Onsen Egg My colleague ordered this and I didn't try it, so I was not sure abt the flavour. Cheese was sprinkled on the pasta. -Desserts: -Dessert of the Day The dessert of the day was a chocolate tart, and it was extremely small, perhaps only around the length of my

Very reasonable price with lots of upgrade options. Staff are friendly and chatty with good knowledge of wines but a bit pretentious and over. Restaurant is a lot smaller than I expected. Environment is a bit scrappy and messy, definitely not fine dine or steakhouse setting, if u are looking for one. In general, nice experience, food was okay but not impressive. Forkers might not be on “return-list”. However, pairing wines were really good and tasty, outstanding !

No complaints here. Every dish is delicious, including the carefully crafted bread. The set dinner is abundant, and the Lamb Wellington is unique. The attentive service made it a satisfying meal.
