This hotel does not feel like 5 stars, but you get good value out of what you pay for. The hotel looks aged, room decoration fells out-dated. The room view is mostly the roof of some old buildings. The main advantages of this hotel is location, close to MTR, tram and bus stops, lots of malls and food options around the hotel. The front desk staff is nice and friendly. Wifi works great. Breakfast is decent, and has good Asian and Western options. Elevators’ wait time is long even with 4 running elevators serving 30+ floors. In-room amenities are not great. There are not enough towels and size varieties. No huge size bath towels nor medium size face towels. It does provide a wooden toothbrush plus toothpaste, but not combs nor razors. Also, the sink faucet is weak, but the shower faucet is fine.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the lady who cleans our room on the 25th floor. She was always so kind and attentive. The front desk and shuttle staff were also very accommodating. Peggy and Hinton were especially helpful and made our stay even better. Overall, we had a great experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel is. I stayed here for 4 days, and while the cons on my last day almost made me change my rating, I decided not to because most of my stay was excellent. Pros: Location (5/5): My favorite area in Hong Kong has always been HK Island. This hotel is just a 3‑minute walk from Sogo, IKEA, and other spots — super convenient. Service (5/5 for first 3 days): The gentleman at reception was very accommodating and kind. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were genuinely nice. Room (5/5): Spacious, AC worked fine, and I loved the shampoo/conditioner — my hair looked thicker and healthier after using them. The AC was a bit loud, but I liked it as white noise. Breakfast buffet (4/5): Good food, plenty of keto/low‑carb options, open until 11 AM, not crowded, and the cooks were friendly. The food menu doesn’t change much though. Cons (last day): Checkout (2/5): At 7 AM I requested late checkout. The trainee (I think) at reception kept repeating a robotic “we’re full” response. After some back‑and‑forth, she finally agreed to 1 PM. For a 5‑star hotel, I expected smoother handling. Elevator (1/5): Very alarming incident — I came from the 28th flo

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hong Kong. The concierge, Taveeb, was very accommodating, helpful, and always friendly whenever we needed assistance. Manager Dennis was also very approachable and made sure that guests were comfortable during our stay. The housekeeping staff and cleaners were all very friendly and accommodating as well. The hotel is very clean, and our room was cleaned every day which made our stay even more comfortable. Another thing we loved is the location — it is very convenient and close to everything, making it easy for us to go around Hong Kong. If I come back to Hong Kong in the future, I will surely book this hotel again. Highly recommended for their excellent service, cleanliness, and friendly staff!
