I recently visited Gali for dinner with my parents, and the experience was quite interesting. Located inside an industrial building, the restaurant has a somewhat hidden, local “insider” feel. Throughout the evening, there was a constant flow of delivery riders picking up orders, which suggests the place is quite popular, especially for takeaway. The setup is relatively compact, with a private dining room that can accommodate around 10 guests, alongside a main dining area that seats approximately 30. It feels casual and functional rather than overly polished, but still comfortable enough for a relaxed meal. As for the food, it was decent and served very quickly—most dishes arrived within five minutes, except for the deep-fried items. While the speed is impressive, it did give the impression that some dishes may have been pre-prepared and reheated. That said, everything was served piping hot, and the flavours were satisfactory. One point that stood out operationally was that I noticed some guests asking for the washroom and being directed through the kitchen area, which felt unusual and slightly concerning from a hygiene and guest experience perspective. In terms of value, the p

The food here is great, as the long line at the door indicates! I’m a fan of butter chicken and Gali doesn’t disappoint…the flavours are authentic and the garlic naan is sooo good, not to mention the prices which are really reasonable. But make sure to get there early, or make a reservation, to avoid a possibly long (but well worth the) wait for a table. Yum 😋

Small curry joint located in an industrial building. Curry is tasty and reasonably priced, with normal portions. the beef curry Masada is ok, but has too much tendons. chicken Tika on the dry side but nice tip the mint sauce. Overall I think this is something I may go back to if I really want indian curry in kwun tong. but i wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Value for money, I think this shop is pretty good.

This restaurant offers traditional Indian curry. Their curry is really nice, not very spicy, sweet and also with some herb and tomato. Perfectly match with soft drinks I always order their lunch by foodpanda. Curry beef is my favourite! Brisket with potato! This time I tried Curry Fish! The curry is different from curry beef one. It called Butter Fish Masala! A bit spicy than curry beef. The fish was in a separated bowl which was very good to keep the fried fish fresh! Their rice is also above standard too!

it's located at (almost?) the top floor of an industrial building but still a big crowd at lunch hour. i came here slightly later so was able to get a seat immediately. there's lot of curry and other indian food to choose from. i picked a butter curry with fish and was very nice. the curry was flavouful and rich in texture. the deep fried fish was also nice, still tender inside. the portion of rice is quite big, i think i could order smaller portion next time. most of the curry are ranged around $68 so i think the price is really good. great place for lunch or dinner.
