I used to love coming to this Gong Cha, but lately the experience has been really disappointing. I've noticed a consistent issue with the staff being rude and dismissive. As a repeat customer who is always polite, it's frustrating to feel disrespected. The main problem I have is the lack of care put into my orders. I've repeatedly received drinks that seem poorly made - the milk has tasted funny, the brown sugar amount is inconsistent, and my request for less boba (or customisations in general) is often ignored. It's really noticeable when it's busy, as I can see other customers getting properly made drinks. I can't say for sure if it's intentional, but it's happened enough times that I no longer feel welcome. It's a shame, as I was a loyal customer, but the inconsistent quality and service (especially from one female worker in particular) have finally driven me away.

I was with my friend and went there several times alr. She is 13 and one of the staff offered her a free drink, we thought it was out of kindness but lately when we went there the staff that offered us the free drink asked her if she has instagram ot WhatsApp. For safety i do not recommend kids especially girls to go there alone.

Personally, gongcha doesn’t hit my top 5 boba places in HK. I go to many all around the island, so I would know. I feel that everytime I drink gongcha, I get a slight headache. It is still better than mcdonalds boba though, so that’s fine! I think as long as you only order the standard milk tea boba with less sugar you’ll be fine!

This Gong Cha is OK during my visit, staffs are responsive and prepare the drinks fast. Came here after dinner time, and only one person is waiting here. Staff took my order correctly and prepare the drinks less than 5 mins
