Takes 1.5 weeks to get back on surgery charges enquiry despite the surgery timeslot has been confirmed long ago. Disrespects people's time. Front desk staff attitude was rude.

I had several doctor appointments on the same day so I need to rush to clinic from far away. Once I arrived the front desk staff gave me attitude since I gave her my medical card. Then they told me I cannot see the doctor since they are not sure my medical card can cover in the clinic. It doesn’t make sense since I book through the medical network and I confirmed with the clinic when I was booking. Such as waste of the time.

Unsatisfactory Experience with the Neurologist Lau Yuk Lun Alexander 劉玉麟 I left feeling very unsatisfied with the care I received. It's important to me to share my experience so that future patients can make informed decisions. I was upset by what I perceived as a lack of ethics, I felt that Dr. Lau Yuk Lun Alexander has no patience and is rushing through, he did not adequately acknowledge or address my fears and concerns, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. I was disappointed by what I considered to be unethical behavior. He only cares about making money out of you and not your medical problems. The medical problems were not treated, but a chunk of money is gone! Patients deserve to be treated with respect, empathy, and ethical consideration. Unfortunately, in my personal experience, 劉玉麟 did not meet these expectations. I would encourage future patients to consider these factors when choosing a neurologist.
