Very disappointing — we checked out without staying We booked iclub AMTD Sheung Wan for 2 nights and paid over HK$1,600. After seeing the hotel and facilities at check-in, we were very disappointed and ultimately decided not to stay. This is not a full-service hotel with no club facilities. The hotel name is rather misleading. The breakfast venue also looked more like a basic cafeteria than a proper hotel restaurant. For the price we paid, we had expected a considerably better overall hotel experience. I would, however, like to acknowledge that the manager who handled our check-in tried his best to address our concerns. He upgraded us to a suite and also sent two extra bottles of wine to the room as a gesture. We appreciated his effort and his attempt to make the situation better. Unfortunately, the upgrade did not change our overall impression of the property. As soon as we secured a last-minute booking at another full service Hotel — at a cheaper price — we decided to check out of iclub and move. To be clear, we did not stay the two nights we had booked. We checked out shortly after check-in once we had secured the alternative hotel. Based on what we experienced, we did not

We stayed at iClub for a total of 6 days. Though the hotel is not considered luxury level hotel. But it was overall pretty clean. The staff were wonderful and always very friendly and helpful. It was nice they offered unlimited coffee and tea. Location was great, we rooms were very spacious. We booked the iSuite and the room was plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 bathrooms. Overall very happy with the stay.

Had an amazing stay there recently from April 21st to 25th. Comfy beds, spacious and tidy. Thank you! Accommodating and respectful staff as well. 😊 MTR is just 6min walk, and alot of nearby 7/11 stores. Great place to stay indeed. Complimentary breakfast is fascinating; and 24 hour access of water at cafeteria at 3rd floor. Will definitely choose this hotel again! 🫶
