We spent five nights at Motto by Hilton Hong Kong Soho—the perfect start to our four-week journey through Asia. Its location in the heart of Hong Kong’s historic Soho district made our trip truly unique and allowed us to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere from the very beginning. On our very first evening, we met Evan Chiu, the General Manager, and experienced the exceptional hospitality of his entire team. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were particularly impressed by the spectacular rooftop terrace with its views over Hong Kong, the breakfast on the 38th floor, and the hotel’s modern, stylish, and highly functional design. Above all, it was the people who made our stay truly special. Thank you to Evan and his team for such a wonderful start to our journey. We would be delighted to return on our next visit to Hong Kong!

I am writing this review to praise Natasha Chui and Roxanne team for their outstanding service during our stay. Upon arrival, the front desk team kindly allowed us an early check-in to let my tired daughter rest, showing great empathy and flexibility. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and generously sized by Hong Kong standards. The service throughout our stay was consistently friendly, warm, and attentive. Every interaction left us feeling truly cared for. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a generally pleasant stay at Motto Hong Kong. The room was nice and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was enjoyable. However, I wasn’t aware that I had been assigned a room designed for guests with disabilities. While I understand the importance of accessibility, the bathroom setup—particularly the shower—was not very comfortable for me to use. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would recommend confirming room preferences in advance to ensure a more comfortable experience.
