I’m impressed. The flower bunch I ordered arrived fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every bloom was in perfect condition and beautifully arranged. The bouquet from Just Bloom is absolutely stunning!! It really stood out on the day of my big day photo shoot!!I even changed the vase at home afterward and it lasted almost a whole week. Also, when I asked them for recommendations before, they patiently typed out a long message to analyze which bouquet would suit me best — their service is truly excellent!

Ordered a tulip flower bouquet this morning and need same day delivery. I have been passing Just Bloom like every week when in Wanchai and was appealed to their decoration and decided to give them a try. Below is a few review of my experiences so far: Customer Service: (5/5) Very accommodating and responsive, basically replied my questions within minutes. Delivery: (4.5/5) Efficient, just it was a little delay out of the agreed time slot, but it's totally acceptable due to the weather. Flowers: (5/5) Wife loves it a lot. Price (4.5/5) Same as every top tier florists in HK, rather expensive but overall the great experience worth it all. Will definitely re-purchase with them again. Thank you.

Ordered some flowers online but it doesn’t really look like the advertised picture on their website (see pic 4). The flowers are wilting just after one day of receiving them. They were expensive and I had high expectations… very disappointed.

I got two bouquets for mother’s day and am really disappointed with what I got. Each costs over $1500 and this is so not worth it. The pink bouquet looks nothing like the picture as advertised and the wrapping skill is very bad. I have no idea why the hydrangeas is sank into the middle bottom of the bouquet. The second boquet is slightly better but the flowers seems to be wilting. The only benefit getting from this place is they accept same day orders. But my order was made two days ahead and this quality is not up to standard.
