Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

They serve the best crepes in Hong Kong and a good place for a chat with friends. Located in a relatively quiet part of Wan Chai, this is not my first time visiting this place and they never disappoint. - Brunch sets include a galette (salty) and a crepe (sweet) each. - Not all items in the brunch menu are available in the main menu (check the numbers on the left of each dish). - Les Poulains is full of cheese and potato with ham, very flavorful. - The 2 crepes (Crepe La Melba / La Belle Helene) which we ordered are refreshing yet filling, which will make you full after having the main. - Venue has a classic and cozy vibe decorated with many bottles of French ciders and ship parts. - Staff are friendly.

A little slice of French romance! Lovely food, ppl and place❤️ 🍤 LA MOUSSAILLON The crust of Galette is made from buckwheat flour, making it thin, beautifully golden, and perfectly chewy. Inside, it’s packed with garlic butter crabmeat🦀 The portion is so generous that every single bite is bursting with rich, fresh umami flavors🤤The addition of mango chunks🥭brings a brilliant touch of sweetness and keeps the whole dish feeling super refreshing. Honestly, rolling it up and taking a massive bite is pure heaven! 🍨 LA JAMAICAINE This classic sweet crepe is an absolute showstopper! The highlights are definitely the table-side flambé show🔥! They pour orange liqueur over the top and light it up—it looks so incredibly cool in person😎Once the flame burns out, it leaves behind this gorgeous, subtle citrus aroma🍊 The caramelized bananas🍌and ice cream are a match made in heaven. I swapped the standard vanilla flavor for caramel ice cream, and the texture was so rich and dense🤩 The sweet crepe batter uses more flour and eggs, making it soft, fluffy, and sweet—a completely different vibe from the rustic Galette! 🍎 The Authentic French Pairing: Brittany Cider ➕ Crepes Following the manager’s re

Scallop mushroom crepe: creamy, fresh with ample fillings. Pistachio ice cream & chocolate banana crepes: perfect sweet treats. Match with French apple cider for extra vibe. The restaurant features various nautical themes, including sailors and lighthouses, and the menu showcases a variety of seasonal seafood. The first drink I had before the meal was the cider. I've been abstaining from alcohol for a long time, and there aren't many occasions or restaurants where I can relapse, but just the smell of this bottle of Cidre Brut was irresistible—it was so fragrant! And in the hot, humid Hong Kong summer, a glass (or bowl, because the container is a Chinese ceramic bowl) was incredibly appetizing! It laid the foundation for the sweet and savory delights to come! 🍹 The most popular signature dish, "La Marin," meaning "The Sailor," features rich cheese mixed with bacon, mushrooms, and large scallops—a complex and delicious combination. Paired perfectly with the cider, it was an absolute match. I recommend every boy and girl try it. The crepes themselves are creamy and salty, but the cider perfectly balances the richness, making it disappear in no time. Dessert was definitely the highlight of the evening! I think French desserts are just delicious. I love sweets, and this green apple sorbet caramel flambé crepe was both gorgeous and extravagantly sweet 😋. T
