very difficult to check in. Took me 1 hour... The capsule is hot and air tight. I had to open the door all the time to cool it down.

Very small capsule hotel, with very small window. Ok if you want just a bed to sleep in and you dont mind being a bit uncomfortable. Shared toilet and limited shower operation times. Self checkin with no staff on premises. Contact staff via whatsapp for a delayed response. Not easy to find as building works are covering the front on building entrance making it difficult to locate the entrance. Make sure you contact operator 24hr before arriving otherwise you will not be sent instructions on how to gain access. Rooms are on 15th floor of multi purpose building. Front door is locked. Lots of food places around every corner and close walk to MTR entrances.

Even this is a 2 star hotel and I have already had an expectation management, this still cast a (heavy) shadow on my stay: 1) The fuse blew every time I had my phone plugged. Subsequently, I called the operator yet her reply was my phone charger was problematic. I immediately asked how she could prove this. This is the only place I experience tripping off of electricity caused by my phone charger. Later, she sent a helper to come and check. Even after having the extended cable changed, the power still went off. Numerous causes could be attributed to a blowing of fuse: overloading, short circuit or simply a defective cable. How could the operator generalise as such? 2) I proceeded to rent a portable charger. Despite the purchase, it simply would not pop out. The operator shifted responsibility by claiming they did not own the company. She was kidding right ? Were the portable chargers placed there out of the blue, in the absence of any business relationships with the hotel? 3) Soundproofing was totally absent. I had no choice but to have an early check out.

First time staying in shuttle space. I stayed 3 days and 2 nights at beginning of March. 1. Telephone reception is pretty rude and impatient. I don’t feel the sincerity of helping a tourist who is first time in a foreign city. 2. Not enough space for big luggage’s. Luckily, I’m only with a backpack and my carry-on suitcase. 3. Highly suggest to bring your personal towel. Those they provided are …. very concerning. 4. The water heater was suddenly broken at the second day of my stay. No one can deal with it even if we, me and some other clients, tried to reach out for the receptionist. The weather was really chilly at that time so I can’t imaging to take cold water showers.
