very friendly manager and service she was very helpful and made our experience worthwhile for the drinks, regular sweet level might be a little too sweet overall, very good service and drinks! :)

Sorry but this was genuinely the worst bubble tea I've had. The pearls were either completely mushy or hard/undercooked. The tea also wasn't sweet at all, even if asked for a high % sweetness

Beef rice was good but discovered one hair inside the bowl…. Tofu I think it turned bad ! 有啲‘宿’味…. Chicken wings and 鹽酥雞 was so so… Drinks ok! Don’t think will come back again!

I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. Firstly, the staff's attitude was very unprofessional. They demanded that I return my tray as soon as I finished my meal, and the tone they used felt commanding and disrespectful. I also noticed that there were plenty of empty seats inside the restaurant, yet when some customers who bought takeout wanted to sit down for a while, the staff yelled at them to wait outside, which felt unnecessarily rude. As for the food, it was nothing special. While it wasn't bad, it didn't offer anything exciting or impressive. The quality of the food didn’t stand out, and considering the service was subpar, the overall experience was rather disappointing. I hope the restaurant will take this feedback into consideration and improve their service. It’s important to treat customers with respect, and the staff should adopt a more polite and welcoming attitude. Additionally, it would be great if they could improve the food quality to match the potential of the location. I wouldn’t recommend returning unless there’s noticeable improvement in these areas.
