Terrible and awful. Proceed with caution – a female endocrinologist is deadly frightening at this place I am writing this review to warn others. There is a severe lack of coordination here (results took 3 months to be shared), but the real problem is this specialist. After a series of scheduling issues (3 months to see my result from the first specialist + 1 month wait to see the second specialist) and a failed hospital test appointment, I’m surprised that more can go wrong. On the date of the scheduled hospital appointment date which failed through, I was informed that this specialist has been fully booked at the clinic and have no time to see me. However, in the late afternoon, the nurse called me to come to the clinic immediately and said the doctor has some free time. Upon arrival, I didn’t feel like I need to rush at all because she was taking her time to have a break. The consultation was short and very chaotic. Then, to my absolute shock, she called me three times the next day to YELL at me and accuse me of not taking my health seriously. I was completely blindsided and terrified by her aggression. Went there due to cold, and told the doctor, Karen Chiu, that my right eye seems red, she doesn’t even bother to check, took a glance said no it’s not red. I went home found the eye is red and i need to go buy eye drop.

Terrible service, unhelpful staff. Arrived on time and have just been sitting for an hour “waiting” to be attended by nurse. Forms were filled out wrong by staff. Would not recommend if you have any other choice

I have made appointments for each of many monthly visits [some appointments being made a month in advance]. None have been on time. On one visit I wasn't checked in until 10 minutes after my appointment time despite having arrived 10 minutes early. The wait was estimated by desk staff to be another 50 minutes even though they had only been open 30 minutes. The shortest wait I ever had was 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Messages to their WhatsApp appointment number have gone unanswered on 2 occasions. MD is fine but if your insurance pays elsewhere, go elsewhere.

Avoid as much as possible. Visa agents should stop doing business with this place. Whole family waited in the super cold lobby for 2 full hours. Kids were super cold and hungry. It’s like a refugee here. We’re just here for simple body check for visa.
