蓮香樓 (尖沙咀店), a Cantonese and dim sum restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong, is at 九龍尖沙咀金巴利道25號1-2/F. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. The address puts it on an upper floor of a building (an "upstairs shop", very common in Hong Kong), so note the floor and unit number; lifts can be slow at busy times, and some older buildings only have stairs.
Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Dim sum restaurants usually charge a per-person tea fee, and dishes are priced by size; weekend mornings from about 10:00 to lunchtime are the busiest, and many places give out queue tickets. Book wedding and birthday banquets months ahead.
Google lists it as open 24 hours, seven days a week, though arrangements may change in a typhoon or other special circumstances, so call if it matters. Phone: 2320 1318. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first.
It has a Google rating of 3.7 out of 5 from 688 reviews. Opinions are mixed but broadly steady, and the latest reviews are the best guide to what to expect.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

Late June 2026 Iconic HK dimsum restaurant which originally came from the HK Central side has its TST branch and its 24x7 which characterizes the hectic and nonstop energy of this area. The food culture has been consistent in its delivery with a set way of ordering and a communal sharing of dining spaces when necessary. The menu has had some updates to dishes while the size of the servings have been maintained. Service is typical HK culture as well. Prompt and no fuss which can be often misinterpreted by foreigners negatively. The place is at the 2nd floor of the building and seems to try to mimic the original setting with more decorative accents. Toilets are fairly clean despite the constant operational hours. Ideal for all types of diners as long as you follow their microculture of HK style dining.

Had an amazing dining experience at Lin Heung Lau! Since we were a large group, we made a reservation in advance, and everything was well-organized when we arrived. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our group was comfortable throughout the meal. The restaurant has a traditional self-service setup for drinks, which adds to the authentic experience. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious, every dish was packed with authentic flavors that truly lived up to the restaurant’s reputation. You can really taste the heritage and craftsmanship in every bite. If you’re looking for a genuine dim sum experience with great food and a classic atmosphere, this place is definitely worth visiting.

It is very famous in Hong Kong as they are selling traditional dim sum in the old way. We can hold the card to get the dim sum we like which would be good experience for tourist Food — most of them is below average as spring roll very soft skin 😮💨🤦🏻♀️ Steam dumpling is over cook Traditional pork ribs only have 3-4 pieces then others is taro ? 🤔 All of others also not good. Staffs is very pushy while you are eating as hope you finish earlier so they can serve others. Price is not cheap based on these that quality NOT recommend

I saw a lot of you tuber talked about this including Mark. Unfortunately they have no basis of what a good dim sum should taste like and the variety and the new options. First the table is small for 2 people. We put 3 dim sum plates and the table is filled. Very unfortunate seating spaces. Then the well know rice noodle rolls with meat inside. Apparently a lot of tourists came here didn’t know how it should taste and how the texture should be. Omg I ordered one beef rice roll, and the first bite was horrible taste wise and texture wise. I usually would go for 10 dim sum plates or more. But here I did 4 and paid and left so that I can reserve my tummy space for more good foods at other places. The chicken feet is ok a bit too sweet not spicy enough. The shrimp dumplings wrapper was torn. A good shrimp dumpling (Ha Kao) should have translucent wrapper and taste just a little chewy but thin and not torn when you pulled out from the steamer.
