難得返嚟香港，友人帶我哋嚟到尖沙咀呢間樓下小廚，朋友試過話正，平時嘴刁嘅我一試之下都覺得收貨，甚至喺呢間大排檔搵到比出面專門店更出色嘅煲仔飯！ - 老尖三鮮（滷水生腸、雞腎、墨魚） 三款滷水都滷得非常入味，生腸完全無平時出面啲腸嘅內臟味，而且冇雪味，墨魚爽脆，而且咁大碟只係$78，以味道同價錢嚟講都比肥X優勝。 - 椒鹽鮮魷🦑 炸粉薄，鮮魷算肉厚，唔會淋油，冇咩肥膩感，係一碟合格嘅椒鹽鮮魷。 - 菠蘿咕嚕肉🍍 呢間啲炸物做得唔錯，炸粉唔會厚，咬落去滿滿肉感，又唔會炸得太硬刮口，酸甜醬汁正常發揮。 - 黃金炸魚皮🐟 魚皮同金沙嘅份量都非常大方，完全唔會出現魚皮太多，但唔夠金沙夾着嚟食嘅困擾，金沙唔會過鹹，卜卜脆送酒一流。 - 臘味煲仔飯🌟🌟 煲仔飯非常有驚喜！呢間大排檔嘅煲仔飯有兩點做得比出面專門店更好： 1. 有別於坊間嘅煲仔飯，佢哋會切碎臘味擺喺飯面，煲仔飯冚蓋焗時，臘味嘅油脂喺熱力下滲透入去飯粒，撈飯時臘味嘅香味同埋油份會包裹喺每一粒飯上面，啖啖都可以食到臘味嘅油香。 2. 飯焦處理得相當好，唔會好似出面太硬太燶，撈好之後飯焦帶嚟香脆口感，唔會黐牙。 **注意要同店員講唔好落咁多豉油，否則會過鹹** - 清蒸東升斑🐟 蒸嘅時間同火候啱啱好，唔會有啲位未夠熟又或者過熟，蒸魚豉油味道剛好，魚肉幾嫩滑。 - 油鹽水花甲🌟🌟 另一碟相當有驚喜嘅菜式！ 本人平時好驚食清淡煮法嘅貝類，怕腥又怕有沙，但呢碟花甲處理得好，完全冇腥味冇沙，每隻花甲肉厚，做得最好係個湯汁，唔油非常香，甚至可以攞嚟飲，有少少似胡椒豬肚湯咁嘅味，伴以花甲鮮甜味確係出色。 食後感：呢間樓下小廚雖叫「小廚」，但出品有大廚風範，如果你追求鑊氣，呢間未必適合你，但佢哋嘅食物可謂「fine版大排檔」，價錢卻比深水埗大排檔更加平，好餐廳值得留係香港！只要大廚唔走，下次返嚟會二訪。

突然好想食大排檔就臨時係尖沙咀搵咗呢間嚟食😌😌 叫咗滷水、豬肺湯、煲仔飯、小炒王同埋黃金魚皮，勁有驚喜 勁好食！ 平時去肥姐食嘅價錢可以坐喺度慢慢嘆，然之後佢啲生腸墨魚同雞腎完全係冇腥味的！佢嘅所有食物嘢都係平均之上，可以一戰！ 個煲仔飯臘味同個飯比例係啱啱好，完全唔會過鹹，然之後啲飯焦都唔會太大塊/冇，喺你每一啖都可以食到飯焦！小炒王嗰啲韭菜同配料都係配合得勁好，啲韭菜勁嫩，唔似出面會食到渣咁！ 我成日以為尖沙咀冇乜好食中菜，點知呢間真係唔錯🤩
