Well-known “Green Tea” Restaurant based in China now newly opened few branches in Hong Kong. The restaurant specializes in Jiangsu & Zhejiang cuisine. Seasonal fresh vegetables, river fish, seafood and ingredients are selected. This spacious restaurant in Apm takes "Chinese ink painting of Jiangnan" as its theme. Through the LED-simulated window panes, the landscapes of the West Lake are presented while you are eating. I would recommend this restaurant and your dining experience will be exemplary. We like Longjing Tea Roasted Chicken and Crispy Roast Duck with scallions oil sauce. The skin were crispy and meats were tender with juicy.
