Another famous noodle spot in Hong Kong, this restaurant may be compact in size, but it feels clean, cozy, and very inviting. The signature dishes here are undoubtedly the noodles and shrimp wontons. The noodles were done very well, with that signature springy, slightly firm texture that makes every bite enjoyable. As for the shrimp wontons, they absolutely lived up to the reputation—fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The Chinese kale was also nicely prepared and met expectations as a solid side dish. Overall, this is another great option for a simple, comforting, and satisfying meal in Hong Kong—easy to enjoy and definitely worth considering if you’re nearby.

In A Nutshell: -I really loved the taste of their classic Wonton Noodle Soup. -I just wish the portion was twice the size because I finished it in 5 minutes. 😂 Overall, if you need a quick bite to eat this is a good place to go-to especially when you are in the mood for noodles.

The prices are premium and reflect the brand's quality. The food is good and maintains a consistent standard. If you haven't tried it before, you should. While some items like the liver and kidneys might seem a little expensive, they are perfectly cooked. The noodle dishes are the main food items you should try.

Very wonderful delicious noodle place. Very green outside door and menu so you can’t really missed it. Great menu choices. Love their noodle - thin, long, chewy and well cook. And this is how I missed HK noodles, perfectly make. Their filling are delish as well and great accompaniment the noodles. The place is nice, clean and well organized. Small but manageable with a dozen tables. Great service and overall, great meal.

Mak’s Noodle is a must-visit spot if you appreciate classic Hong Kong wonton noodles done right. We ordered the Signature Wonton Noodles, Beef Brisket Noodles, and the Stirred Noodles with Shrimp Roe & Oyster Sauce, and each dish showcased the restaurant’s commitment to traditional flavors and quality ingredients. The Signature Wonton Noodles were excellent. The wontons were generously filled with fresh shrimp, perfectly seasoned, and wrapped in delicate skins. The broth was clear yet deeply flavorful, and the noodles had that signature firm, springy texture that Hong Kong wonton noodles are known for. The Beef Brisket Noodles were equally satisfying.
