A reasonably priced vet clinic with exceptional exotic pets support. Dr. Ma is a professional and patient doctor, he provided in-depth tests for my hamster and explained his situation and answered my doubts in a very clear manner, with that being said, my hamster's skin condition and flu is fixed in a short period of time. The nurse there are nice too, they have demonstrated excellent service and have clearly shown their meticulous love and care towards the small animals, and would provide emotional care for anxious pet parents, they would also take their time and patience to answer any problems raised by the owners. The only bad thing I can say about the clinic is that it is quite hard to make an appointment (most likely because Dr. Ma is a well-recognised doctor!), so scheduling in advance is definitely suggested. All in all, I highly recommend this clinic to any pet parents who care about their sons / daughters and wants them in good hands. :)

Dr Ma is a very good bunnies Vet. Patient and helpful. I’ve other vet for my bunny. They all can’t handle bunny alone. But Dr Ma not only can do a bunny check up by himself no need any assistance to help. He must has some kind of super power with bunnies 🤣🤣🤣 Joke aside he is a great doctor. He never suggest unnecessary surgery because I’ve to others which they do. Nurses are helpful. Only thing even u make your appointment u still need to wait quite a while to see the Dr. He is super popular. The clinic always full of patients. Highly recommended vet for bunnies.

Dr Ma, a professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and responsible vet, has served impressive care to little animals in the neighbourhood. Nursing staff addressed my little animals as my son and my daughter, yet allowed me to reflect on my relationships with my forever-greeting-me-pet-soulmates. Up the game!

The reception was slow and had some doubts in the beginning. However, vet was very attentive and caring. They also charge reasonably without unwanted bills. Initially vet mentioned that due to recent heat, my cat might need bigger wound and that would cost more. However, they charged even less than the original estimate. That gave me positive outlook for the clinic as a normal person I wouldn't know if they had charged me extras. I was initially skeptic because some other clinics does that. While some clinics would charge for removing stitches, they only charged for vaccination. So i would recommend them to anyone who's looking for good vet with reasonable cost.

If you go there, you must see Dr Ma. Dr ma is an excellent doctor. My rabbits have been seeing him every year to do body check and he make sure that they are very healthy and will not charge you more than you need to be charged. He is the best doctor in Hong Kong for rabbits for sure.
