Had house call service twice and visited their clinic once. Dr Andy was very gentle to my anxious cats and did everything possible to make my cats feel comfortable with medical checkups, i.e. thinking of alternative checkup methods. I appreciate his efforts and details explanation on the reports.

I requested Dr. Marcella Chan to see my dog about skin problem and other issues, but turned out to see Dr. Andy. Dr. Andy is ok, but overly charged me unnecessary things which I have been giving to my dog's needs, plus.... he talks too much unrelated things (sorry to being honest here). I would prefer Dr. Chan more than Dr. Andy, just that she has a better personal skills and interaction, as well as more understanding what the my concerns.
