Ordered the ribeye for 588 hkd. A little expensive for a 12 oz. Slab. The meat was tender but could be cooked a little better. The staff service was amazing. The peanuts they served before dining was very good! Dined in on a Saturday night. The live musicians were okay but the speakers were too loud making it difficult to hold conversation.

This was the dinner with my wife to try the Hong Kong restaurant week spring 2025 - winner's edition in Mirage - Bar and restaurant. Appetizer: - Dan Dan Burrata - Sustainable yellowtail kingfish Soup - Lobster bisque Main and steak - Spanish Duroc Bone-in Pork Chop - Grilled Sustainable Atlantic salmon Dessert - Daily Dessert platter - 2 Scoops of XTC Gelato （Pistachio ＆ Chocolate ) There was a special price per person and it's really attractive.The taste was really excellent, especially the pork chop, which I loved it very much. The service was good with very focused eyes on the customers. They tried to deliver the dishes one after another. It's really nice for both of us to experience this kind of good quality of services this weekend.

Restaurant Week Lunch set $198+10% It was impeccable for the price. Appetizer- Yellowtail Kingfish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the sauce was a bit spicy but refreshing and the fish was fresh. Soup- Creamy Mushroom soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Main- Grilled Salmon ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Salmon was a bit overcooked. Citrus soy sauce was not really matching with the potato cake and there was too much orange on top of it. Bone in Pork Chop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfectly cooked Pork chop. plum jus was also not matching with either pork chop or mash potato. Dessert - Dessert Platter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pandan flavor macaroon was a surprise Xtc ice cream- Milk tea and Pistachio Flavor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ both flavors were delicious Service- Impeccable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant was at the hotel lobby It was realy spacious and I really like the high ceilings and big windows so that you can see the pier. An excellent chilling view.
