The food was not fresh, and the fried noodles had a dish detergent taste.

Small eaterie specialising in congee & breakfast food. Walked in cuz it was full Chinese menu, hoping it was delicious but it failed dismally. Congee was watery, dough stick was stale, steamed prawn rice noodles had a weird alcohol flavoured soy sauce & had barely any prawns. Couple all this for old ladies yelling at you, probs not somewhere we’ll be heading back

This 南龍粥店 has a small dining area n some tables n seats can be quite close to one another. The 猪肠粉 is ok and the 油炸鬼 (fried dough sticks) is crispy n nice. Made a special order of 皮蛋瘦肉粥 plus add-on 猪肠, which cost HK$50. The lettuce taste is normal and not salty, as it’s in a soup. Porridge is hot.

There is authentic Hong Kong experience and then there's just simply horrendous service. Asked for a new bowl as the one given to us was dirty and she argued with us saying it was a crack not dirt/uncleanness. She then asked us to get our own if we wanted a new one. Congee was ok however the liver in the congee was a huge chunk of meat. Would have preferred smaller pieces. Rice noodles were also ok - not the best and the Chinese donuts rice noodles were woeful. Soggy and flavourless. Although we came in the afternoon, we still expected some crunch in the donut. Avoid unless you're super desperate and in need of a quick meal.

Old and staple breakfast place with good pricing. Lots of ingredients in the congee. Flavours we’re just alright. The donut dishes could have been crispier. No frills and what you expect from a place in MK. Service was direct and food served really quickly.
