I would think twice before going here, if you have properly read the reviews, there have been cases where dogs have came back dead from surgery here, you can fact check in Facebook. In addition it’s also really overpriced. Their label as a non-profit is absolute bs. It’s up to you if you want to overpay. we went for a body checkup & xray and the bill was 5.3k, and they wanted to charge 60k+ for a Cystotomy. In addition, when you enter, theirs 2 receptionist who encourage you to make 5 star reviews before you even enter, and if you aren’t bothered to they volunteer to do it for you, pretty much explains what typa place this is. I recommend avoiding this place but it’s solely up to you.

Worst vet ever they just want to rip you off your money away , charged me $1600 for just some medicines and my cat still not recovering , useless company vet company

Far from a posh experience, but NPV is the only vet I've been to that really feels like their primary goal is to heal your pet rather than make money. They are one of my favorite charities in HK as they help animals AND the families who care for them.
