One of the worst service I would have visited till date & a particular staff forgot to check the name was behaving either she didn't want to sell the shoe or assumed i can't afford one when I have 6 different pairs of onitsuka from different parts of the world. I will go to another store but don't recommend this one to anyone.

I wish the lady staff named KAY had a better day yesterday, I went to this store to buy shoes ,and not only for browsing. It seemed like she didn’t want to sell anything to me, I asked her a question and she answered and quickly went back to serve another customer who spoke English(BTW, that customer was paying at the counter with another store staff). I don’t think there are language barriers in 2025 and even I speak mandarin. I tried to ask her for another pair of shoes only again to receive terrible mannerism from her service. She quickly left and didn’t really help me find and provide a comfortable pair of shoes. Finally, I tried the second pair of shoes and decided to buy them, she quickly grabbed from me and gave to another staff and didn’t say anything. Anyway, KAY, I’m really sorry you had a ‘bad’ day yesterday. Wishing you well…

Friendly & helpful staff. Breath of fresh air in HK really. In my experience shopping in TST HK, the staff in different shops l been into were not very helpful, rude, and don’t pay much attention to (especially) Asian customers.Kinda discriminating.

Slightly cheaper prices than the Sha Tin location(they typically take off 10% at the register). Super friendly and helpful employees! I was looking for a few other things that were unrelated to their store and they were happy to point me in the right direction. Dont exactly understand why its the only location with the "concept store" moniker, I might've missed the difference
