Great set up with specialists available if you need , but for general GP extremely friendly competent service and clean refreshing interiors . Super efficient assistants and great coffee while waiting

FOR FOREIGN TRAVELLERS. I’m a Brit living permanently in Australia, I met a friend in Hong Kong over Easter weekend as we planned to travel to Japan on the Tuesday. I had a small cut which had been taking its time to heal. I have Crohn’s disease so know I’m always slight immunocompromised and things sometimes take a little longer. Anyway, the 10-hour flight did it no favours and by the time I landed my thigh and ankle were the same size. The ‘small’ laceration had doubled in size and looked let’s say nasty. I was recommended the centre in a local cafe. They do have a WhatsApp service but I just rocked up and was seen within 15minutes. The doctors were incredible (I saw 3 of them over my 4 visits, 1 twice). All very knowledgeable, gave great advice and generally appeared to care. Even on my last day one of the GP’s who saw me on the other day came over to say hello and ask how I was. I received IV antibiotics in the centre daily (no hospital trips) offered swabs, bloods etc. all the results were always emailed. All my appointments ran to time, wound was checked daily and the whole process ran smoothly. The nurses were fabulous, the receptionist was amazing - shout out to Yofia who

Excellent experience. All the doctors are very helpful and professional. Costs and medications are always explained. Usually very quick to get an appointment and appointments are always on time. Reception staff are always very welcoming. No complaints.

Brought my little one in with a fever and vomiting. The doctor and nurse were very gentle with him and they took their time to check everything properly. Their calm and caring approach made the whole visit a lot less stressful. Would happily recommend

An overall excellent experience visiting this practice on a short trip to HK and I'd highly recommend it if you happen need a doctor. I unexpectedly had to find a doctor while staying in Hong Kong for a few days and was a bit nervous about doing this abroad. While I couldn't get through on the phone, I got a quick reply using their WhatsApp service and was able to get a same-day appointment. The reception staff, nurses and and Dr Christie were all very friendly, helpful and competent. I've seen some bad reviews around costs and payment, however, my experience was they they were up front about the consultation fee. The cost of the medication cost wasn't clear until I went to pay after the consultation, although I didn't ask as it was clear for me that the medication was necessary. I think the price for both the consultation and medication was reasonable. I paid directly without going through my insurance company and plan recover the cost through my provider later on, so I can't comment on how well it works going through an insurer, but I was happy with the way this worked for me. I also needed a follow up a couple of days later due to a reaction to the medication - again I used the
