Our go to prime rib go to place. Must join prestige if you love prime rib. Best quality for your buck in town! We go there like every week now! So addictive! We share 16 oz for two people. Added drinks no alcohol. Pay around $500-600 for 2 adults sharing prime rib.

The place offers good value American style (I know it’s meant to be Australian) food that is of decent quality for the price you pay but nothing special There are unlimited free refill soft drinks after ordering your first and free bread upon arrival although the bread tastes too sweet. It’s a bit disappointing that the front of house greeter doesn’t smile or say anything to welcome guests. The service is mechanical, like you’re in a cha chaan teng Go if you have cravings and the price is affordable to you, not for the overall experience

Returning to Outback after a month abroad, I was disappointed to find the restrooms still out of service a glaring maintenance issue left unfixed. Dining with a group of five tonight, the experience worsened. My T-bone steak, ordered medium rare, arrived completely cold, devoid of any warmth. It was shockingly bland, lacking even a basic beef flavor. For a steak priced over HKD $500, this level of quality is unimaginable and utterly unacceptable. From neglected facilities to a fundamentally failed main course, this visit was profoundly disappointing. I expected far better and cannot recommend it.

During my recent visit to Outback, I found that the food took an unusually long time to arrive. In fact, it took so long that it became a bit frustrating, especially since we were quite hungry. While the food was ultimately tasty, the long wait was a bit of a disappointment. On the other hand, customer service was amazing, they kept apologising about the situation and told us that they would improve with the time management. The manager (I believe his name is Martin) was super nice and understanding, and they gifted us a free dessert as a apology; it was a hot chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and a ball of whipped cream on top, which was absolutely delicious and a wonderful dessert to finish our day with. I hope that the restaurant can work on improving their service times in the future to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for their customers, but ultimately their customer service was amazing and they were very understanding (i felt like they wanted customers to have the best experience). The view was superb as well! 👍🏻👍🏻

The lunch menu does not taste excellent, but the price is good. You can eat salads and soups + bread for service. Good to eat when HongKong traditional food is hard for travelers. It's good that various cocktails are prepared than Korean store.
