Very poor experience, the service was desperately fresh - painful even doing for head massage. Not to mention I booked Thai massage but they just randomly offered don’t-know-what-style massage for me. Even charged me $300 but was stated only $298 in the website. Please don’t go.

I bought a discounted package from KK Day and it was a Very unpleasant experience. The customer service representative told me all weekend slots at night were all fully booked in the coming 4 months and kept asking me to book the morning session at 11am. Finally I secured a slot on a Friday night, but then I was told at the last minute that there was a power outage at the shop and cant guarantee they could serve us… The customer service representative was very rude and not helpful at all.

I don’t normally leave comments on the internet but I really want to share the most unpleasant experience I’ve had in my life. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t seem to know what customer service meant. The masseurs were not professional at all and felt like they weren’t even trained. One of them was calling and texting on his phone during the treatment. Let alone that they didn’t even provide the full 45 mins treatment like we paid for (ironically it was fine by us as their skills were so poor that we just wanted it to be over) After all the price was not expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.
