Great selection of frames and rather efficient service. Price is high but expected for designer eyewear. Convenient location near my office.

it’s so expensive and doesn’t worth it. they just spend their cost on TVB advertisement but not on their product.

Took my own horn frame from Tom Ford and asked them to change lenses to prescription ones. They claimed their “master” would have shaped the lenses by hand and will pay extra care to the horn frame. They also claimed that they sold horn frames before and have significant experience. They contacted me few hours after I dropped off the frame saying that the frame had an ‘inner problem’ and they could not complete the task as initially committed to. Frames were in perfect brand new condition and inspected thoroughly by the shop assistant who took my order. They returned the frame with visible cracks/scratches and without the shiny patina they had when I left them with them. They claimed they did nothing to it and returned the money previously charged for the lenses saying thatI will have to wait 4-6 weeks (!) to see the money credited into my credit card account. No apology, no alternative solution offered and denied wrongdoing. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Wish google would allow to give a “no-star” rating as this shop doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave. Update on 16-Jan-19 It’s been 10 days since fee charged to replace lenses was allegedly going to be refunded.
